Contest Rules and Regulations

We are not responsible for the creation, content, or administration of the programs offered by Brand Partners. We are merely an intermediary that connects you with Brand Partners.

Purpose of the Services

The Services are provided solely to allow you to find and participate in sales contests offered by Brand Partners ("Permitted Use"). Successful completion of these contests will potentially allow you to gain rewards such as reduced-price products, exclusive offers, prizes and cash payments, depending on the program/mission and the Brand Partner.

Contest Details and Rewards

The precise details of these contests, as well as the rewards offered by the Brand Partner, will be shown to you via the App as part of signing up for a given contest. You will be required to agree to third party terms and conditions as a condition to join these contests.

Third Party Terms

Those terms and conditions will apply in addition to the general Terms of Use. Those terms and conditions are a separate legal contract between you and the Brand Partner. We are not a party to this separate contract.

Apple Disclaimer

In addition, Apple is not involved in anyway with any contest provided by a brand partner or your participation in it.

Eligibility

Contests are generally available to Sales Associates who:

• Are at least 17 years of age
• Are employed at a retail location that sells the Brand Partner's products
• Have an active ENDVR account in good standing
• Meet any specific criteria set by the Brand Partner for the particular contest

How to Participate

1. Download and install the ENDVR mobile application
2. Create an account and verify your employment status
3. Browse available missions and contests in the app
4. Accept the terms and conditions for any contest you wish to join
5. Complete the required activities as specified in the contest details
6. Submit proof of completion as required

Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are provided by Brand Partners, not by ENDVR. The timing and method of reward delivery will be specified in each contest's details. Cash rewards are credited to your ENDVR account and can be withdrawn through available payment methods (PayPal, etc.).

Disqualification

You may be disqualified from a contest if you:

• Provide false information about your identity or employment
• Attempt to manipulate or game the contest system
• Submit fraudulent proof of completion
• Violate the Terms of Use or any contest-specific rules
• Engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Brand Partner or ENDVR

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to the rewards you receive. Please consult with a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

Privacy

Information collected during your participation in contests is subject to our Privacy Policy and may be shared with the relevant Brand Partner. Please review the privacy policies of Brand Partners before participating in their contests.

Modifications

Brand Partners reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any contest at any time. ENDVR is not responsible for any changes made by Brand Partners to their contests.
