What is an engaged store?
On ENDVR, a store becomes 'engaged' the first time one of its associates completes a campaign for a brand's product — finishing a brand education module, submitting a display photo, or responding to a survey. Brands start each contract period at zero engaged stores, and the count rises as stores take part. Brands are billed per engaged store, per product, per month.
The model lets a brand target its entire dealer network from day one and invest only in the stores that actually work with the brand. Stores that never engage cost nothing. (ENDVR previously billed on 'active stores'; engaged stores is the current model.)
What is a claimed store, and how does FACTS work?
Be the first brand to get a store engaging on ENDVR and you claim it through the FACTS program (First to Activate Claims the Store). A claimed store is free and doesn't count toward your engaged-store billing. On Pay-As-You-Go you get 12 months free for every store you claim; on an Annual subscription, claimed stores stay free for the full duration of your contract.
Because the reward goes to the first brand to reach a store, FACTS turns growing the ENDVR network into a direct discount: the more new stores a brand brings on, the lower its cost to run brand education, frontline insights, and display verification there.
Why it matters for brands
Engaged-store billing lets brands reach their whole network without paying for stores that sit idle, and claimed stores reward the brands that build the network. Together they make the cost of powering sell-through predictable and tied to real activity on the shop floor.
