Expanding the ENDVR Network
2024 saw our community reached new heights, growing to over 160+ brands. This milestone reflects our commitment to empowering brands and enhancing their in-store impact. With each brand in our network, we continue to create more opportunities for retail teams to thrive.
We also expanded into three new industry verticals, broadening our impact and reach. In the automotive parts sector, we now collaborate with renowned brands like Fastco and Fox Racing. In the power sports sector, we’ve partnered with MSD, and in the hunting and fishing sector, we’re proud to work with Grundens.
Product Innovations: Building for the Future
Mobile App Revamp
This year, we completely reimagined our mobile app to make it faster, more user-friendly, and packed with tools to empower sales associates and brands alike. The results speak for themselves: we had 22,603 new sign-ups this year alone! Our revamped app is helping more users than ever connect, learn, and earn rewards for their in-store expertise.
New features include a Referral QR Code for seamless sharing, campaign scheduling, and personalized user profiles. We’ve also added highlighted campaigns, a notifications center, and simplified rewards with multiple receipt submissions and a streamlined submission flow. Users can now track earnings in the earned rewards section, enjoy gamified rewards, and easily locate stores with an upgraded store locator.
Brand Portal Update
We introduced several enhancements to our Brand Portal, making campaign and mission creation more seamless. Now, brands can create campaigns and missions all in one place, reducing friction and streamlining the process.
A Game-Changing Partnership with Locally
In one of our most exciting moves this year, we partnered with Locally to bridge the gap between online research and in-store purchases. This integration connects customers to stores with knowledgeable staff equipped with the tools they need to elevate the shopping experience and drive in-store conversions. Together, we’re redefining how brands, retailers, and associates collaborate.
A Year of Learning and Connection
This year, we doubled down on thought leadership and community engagement, producing an impressive 48 blogs that explored the latest trends, tips, and strategies for driving in-store sales that went hand-in-hand with our 16 brand resources, which included everything from free guides and checklists and case studies. Complementing this, we hosted 13 webinars that brought together industry experts, brand leaders, and sales reps to share actionable insights. Each session strengthened our mission to connect and empower the retail ecosystem.
Out in the Field: Trade Shows That Made Waves
This year, we hit the road to connect with our community face-to-face at five major trade shows:
- Surf Expo (January): Kicking off the year by diving into innovation in watersports and outdoor retail.
- Sea Otter Summit (April): Celebrating cycling culture and forging new connections with outdoor brands.
- Vision Expo (September): Connecting with top brands and retailers to explore the latest trends and innovations in eyewear and optics.
- The Running Event TRE (November): Highlighting trends and insights in outdoor and running industries.
- IPSO Munich (December): Wrapping up the year with a showcase of cutting-edge winter sports and outdoor innovations.
At these events our team connected with brands new and old which allowed us to strengthen current relationships, share our vision, and gather invaluable feedback to shape the future of ENDVR.
