How do I know the ENDVR users who follow my brand actually work for the store?

You have complete control of which stores can follow your brand and access your missions. If you don’t approve a store, or block one at a later time, employees at that store can no longer access your missions.

 

Secondly, the value of our product is the quality of our users, so we incentivize our network of retail employees to self-police their stores. Should someone attempt to join who doesn’t work there, they’ll be flagged by actual employees and removed by ENDVR.

How does sales contest tracking work?

ENDVR allows employees to submit their sales receipts right in the mobile app. But, even though we’ve made the process as simple as possible, we know it can sometimes still be hard for employees to step away and take the time to submit receipts on their phone. So, we’ve made it so that managers can go in and submit sales receipts on their behalf, ensuring employees don’t miss out on their well-earned rewards.

How does it work?

Utilize Frontline Retail Sales Associates to maintain “Point of Sales” (POS) displays when your sales reps can’t be in store. Request images of in-store displays and inventory checks to ensure consistent brand representation across your wholesale network.

How would I set up a merchandising check on ENDVR?

In ENDVR you can create Missions, which can be any kind of task you’d like store employees to complete. In the case of a visual merchandising check, you would create a Mission asking store associates to take and send a photo of your brand’s current display, and/or to rearrange your display to look like an example photo that you include with the Mission.
